Customize your pizza oven by adjusting the ratio of top and bottom heaters from 0 to 100% and convection fan speed for different types of heating zones.

The Bravo convection oven is programmed with 12 cooking functions such as air fry, toast, grill, bake, roast, slow cook, dehydrate, defrost, and more, as well as 100 one-touch recipe presets for easy cooking without the guesswork. With the upgraded convection system, the temperature difference between each layer is only 0-1°F, making multi-layer cooking more even and efficient than ever before.

The Bravo air fryer oven features a cooking temperature range from 50°F to 500°F in precise 5°F increments, as well as selectable fan speeds from 0 to 3. Its compact size allows it to fit perfectly in small kitchens, motorhomes, and RVs, and it can easily accommodate two 13-inch pizzas, a 10-lb chicken, a 6-lb roast, or 2-lb french fries, making it suitable for large families and gatherings.

The Bravo air fryer oven also includes an integrated smart digital thermometer that constantly monitors the internal temperature of your food and ends the cooking process when the desired internal temperature is reached. It features intuitive digital controls, panel lock, mute/unmute functions, and is rigorously tested by highly trained chefs and RD team for the best cooking experience.
